Claude – Sunday and Monday (in London)

A lot of walking on Sunday, up and down stairs, pedometer marked 14,000 steps
Monday in the wind and rain, but I did manage over 15,000, as I visited a Cranach exhibition in the morning and the British Museum in the afternoon.
In hospital, they said that visiting museums was walking too, even more tiring than real walking, but I’m not sure what it does for my cholesterol 😉
It did leave me really tired and I was glad to soak for half an hour in my old-fashioned English bathtub!
I have managed fruit, veggies and have kept mayonnaise and such things away.
Water consumption is flaky, I must admit
