Saturday and Sunday, I just walked 8,200 steps on each day. And Sunday, I had some pain develop in my right heel, with some sort of a scratch that appeared. I am seeing the podologist tomorrow. I do hope she doesn’t suggest that I stop walking! 😉
Today, between one thing and another, I managed to walk over 10,000 steps but no fast walking of course, so this sent me back to my indoors bike that I had been neglecting because I prefer fast walking.
So today, I pedalled for 36mn.
