Naomi (in New York City)

Goals:

  1. Increase physical activity through exercise on treadmill– three times Monday through Friday, once on weekend.
  2. Walking outside with pedometer.
  3. Monitor weight through more careful eating to lose ten pounds by June 1, 2008.
