Changing eating has resulted in constipation. Could have worse problem and trying to regulate.
March 9 – Walked through museum
March 10 – Walked 10 blocks
March 11 – Walked 20 blocks, begin fish oil tablets for constipation (some time ago this worked)
March 12 – Better management of dinner (took it to class). Long walk from class to subway, 30 minutes.
March 13 – Bought pedometer. Everything connected with this seems more of challenge than expected–measuring stride, etc.–when only wanted to put it on and see what happens.
No treadmill March 10 through 14. There’s always the weekend!
