It’s been another good week, mainly because of the cool, relatively dry, autumn weather. Love it.
Monday: 30 min. walking
Tuesday: 55 min. walking
Wednesday: 1 hr and 15 min. walking, 50 min. bicycling, 1 hr and 30 min. yoga
Thursday: 60 min. walking
Friday: 50 min. walking
Saturday: 4 hrs of helping a friend load up a moving van. Said friend had not done a move in 20 years and did not know that she shouldn’t load the boxes with too much weight. Even though I was not carrying any of the really heavy stuff, my body is still feeling the strain of it all.
Sunday: today will spent on the sofa reading a good crime book and thankfully, weather looks to be very rainy.
