Lia – A Day Early

It has been a busy but also good week for exercise. I plan to take the day off tomorrow and so write my post a day early.

Monday: 40 minutes walking
Tuesday: 1 hour and 10 minutes walking
Wednesday: 1 hour and 35 minutes walking, 50 minutes bicycling, and 1 hour and 30 yoga
Thursday: 1 hour 10 minutes walking
Friday: 50 minutes walking
Saturday: 35 minutes walking

I wish I could have weeks like this one a good percent of the time, but have to accept that family obligations and work schedule does not allow it. Still, feeling good about the week.

    Woo! Excellent week, Lia! Wouldn’t we all love to be so consistent…but life gets in the way at times & that’s OK. Enjoy your day of rest! 🙂

    Lia–Kudos for a great walking week. And as Sara says, life does get in the way sometimes, and that’s OK–in fact it’s what makes things interesting 😉

    Lia — You did have a great week. You are right that life gets in the way. It would be wonderful if we could all slow down a bit to do the things we like and that are good for us. All we can do is our best.
