Well, the week started out just fine:
Monday: 11,5oo steps
Tuesday: 9,600 steps
Wednesday: 8,900 steps
Then putt putt stall most of the rest of the week:
Thursday: nit
Friday: 3,800 steps
Saturday: 5,300 steps
Sunday: 3,600 steps
Too much stress and not enough good weather… this week is going to bring more or less the same. I have a big event at work to organise for Friday. Then I am jumping into a train an hour later to Berlin for the weekend… I’ve decided to give myself the week off as far as step counting goes. Or, at least I’m not going to wrack my brains about it.
I’ll get back on track before Christmas. Promise.
You’re not mentioning yoga? Have you stopped altogether? Or maybe you weren’t at home…

Oh I know the feeling, my week went much the same way — I’ve just been so busy and have not even wanted to go out to the gym! A week off is not a bad idea…
Maybe a new category, “Brief Hiatus” on Elderexercise? You do appear to be moving around a lot, Lia, that would count for me!
