Hi, everyone — a quick report on the painting — the CEILING is DONE! And I’m pleased that the muscles that were driving me crazy after the first round of ceiling seem to have adjusted now and I’m feeling no pain. but painting ceilings is very boring…
Steps of late: Wed – 10,000; Thurs – 2232; Fri – 5598. Food: I’ve been indulging myself as a reward for the ceiling… Singing: Haven’t felt like it but maybe I’ll get there today!
My current pedometer was FREE with 2 proofs of purchase from some crackers I like — and it is better than the one I paid $10 for, since it has a decent belt clip and a cover which shields the reset button. However it has begun to fall open annoyingly…so I searched “pedometer” on Amazon USA today and found what sounds like a gem of a pedometer. The link is

I think I am going to spring for this. There are various ways to carry it, it seems to be quite accurate, and the idea of its keeping a one-week record automatically appeals to me. Just thought the rest of you might be interested!
