Naomi May 5 – 10

Group exercise & trainer  Took several days for back to stop hurting; so less exercise.

Treadmill First did 10 minutes at 3.0 miles/hour by mistake!  Returned to 2.5 so could go for longer period of time.  May 8 and 9.

Walking & subway Did extensive walking on street during this period.  Decided need to give myself credit for taking subway as an exercise since have to climb stairs every time.

  1. It’s wise to wait for your back to stop hurting!
    Wonderful that you have actually gone back to the treadmill.
    During my hospital stay, they said that anything that you did standing actually added to your exercise. Like visiting a museum, climbing up and down the subway stairs and even NOT sitting in the subway.
